Administrator for Technical Service at the Air Defense Regiment (Lv 6)

The Swedish Armed Forces and the Air Defense Regiment (Lv 6) are in an expansive growth phase, creating dynamic and challenging tasks within the logistics area. To meet these challenges, we are looking for a competent and dedicated administrator for technical service to our logistics unit in Halmstad.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves monitoring the technical status and availability of the Halmstad Garrison's equipment, as well as supporting planning on both long and medium-term. Furthermore, it includes assisting the garrison with logistics, material, and technical services, as well as being responsible for functional management of the technical service at the unit. The placement is at the headquarters of the Logistics Unit, which also includes the Technical Department and the Supply Department.

Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of vehicles
• Good computer skills
• Education in logistics or equivalent work experience
• Experience in planning and staff work
• Good ability to communicate with and manage other people
• Driver's license B

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience from the vehicle or workshop sector
• Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contracts
• Experience with the Armed Forces' financial systems
• Driver's license C. CE
• Education in technical service within the Armed Forces
• Completed military service or previous experience with the Armed Forces

Information about the Armed Forces and the recruiting unit:

The Air Defense operates on the ground and is part of the army, but often collaborates with the Air Force. The Air Defense monitors the airspace with mobile sensors (such as radar), detects threats, and protects important objects and operations from aerial attacks through combat with missiles. The two air defense battalions included in the operational defense are trained and kept on standby by the Air Defense Regiment.
